Forensic Science Society Autumn Conference and AGM: Children and Crimes: Victims or Villains

12th-14th November 2010


The Forensic Science Society is holding its Autumn Conference and AGM, in November which is entitled Children and Crimes: Victims or Villains. This 2½ day conference will focus on topics such as:

 

  • Crime Prevention

  • DNA Evidence in solving crimes

  • Youth Crime

  • The use of CCTV in the identification on criminals

 

Speakers from the UK and overseas include:

 

  • Julie Saul, Lucas County Corners Office

  • Professor Julie Mennell, Northumbria University

  • Dr Graham, Leicester University

  • Julie Roberts, Clive Burchett and Philip Ridley, LGC Forensics

  • Dr Craig Chatterton, Eurofins Forensic Services

  • Dr Martin Hall, Natural History Museum

 

LGC Forensics will also be supporting the conference with a sponsored session entitled Rapid Intelligence from DNA at Crime Scenes”.
