The day will focus on adopting the restorative mindset and considering how this can be applied in the workplace. It will look at how restorative approaches can be utilised to deal with disputes between staff, staff and young people or interagency conflicts. The day will also look at restorative language techniques that can be used on a one to one basis with staff and how these can be applied to supervision and disciplinary procedures.
