It was today announced that the Ministry of Justice has taken sole responsibility for youth justice. Previously, the policy area was split between the Ministry of Justice and the Department for Education.
Full responsibilities for the justice ministers have also been announced, with Crispin Blunt, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, having responsibility for youth justice.
