Schools Minister congratulates students on A-Level and Advanced Diploma results
This week saw young people receiving their A-Level and Advanced Diploma results. This is the first time that the two-year Advanced Diploma courses have been examined and a positive set of results shows the success of this new qualification. Schools Minister Nick Gibb MP congratulated students on their results and praised the hard work of schools and colleges.

Get involved in shaping new qualifications in learning and development
Current NVQs in learning and development will not be available beyond March 2011. There is an urgent need to consult on what would be appropriate qualifications to replace these in the new Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).
