This was a significant project for the Centre and has enabled us to secure further work on Integrated Offender Management, such as new contracts to:

• undertake an impact evaluation of IOM and to develop a payment by results model for Sussex Criminal Justice Board and Surrey and Sussex Probation Trust; and

• an economic evaluation of Leeds IOM commissioned by Leeds City Council, West Yorkshire Police and Probation and local PCTs.

Integrated Offender Management (IOM) is a key part of the Coalition Government's 'Rehabilitation Revolution' and was highlighted as an area for development in the Green Paper on criminal justice published in December last year.
