This report, published by the Home Office Research, Development and Statistics Directorate presents findings from an evaluation of the effectiveness of the Correctional Services Accreditation Panel between December 2001 and September 2002. The purpose of the evaluation was to examine the performance of the Panel's central functions of accrediting offender treatment programmes and monitoring their post-accreditation delivery.
