This paper describes a model of supervision of high risk offenders in the community that SACRO has developed collaboratively with other agencies. It places this work in the context of developments in the management of sex offenders in recent years, highlights some of the issues and challenges that arise in practice and comments on relevant proposals in the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Bill.
