Prisoner Rates in European Countries - 2008

Prof. Frieder Duenkel and his collaborators at the chair of criminology at the University of Greifswald, Germany, have been collecting most recent data on the prison populations and the general populations in most of European countries, and then calculated the respective rate of prisoners per 100,000 of the population.
