HCS Student Journal

This newly launched internet journal offers an opportunity for high quality student dissertations to be displayed on the internet to encourage disseminate of ideas. Undergraduate dissertations should have attracted a first class mark and masters dissertations will be treated on their individual merit. Although each submission will be approved before publication this is not a formal peer review process.

 

Papers on the following subjects will be considered:

  • topics from criminological studies

  • forensic psychology

  • community and criminal justice

  • policing

  • socio-legal studies

  • criminal justice policy making and sociology of deviance.

All articles published will be free to access.  Free downloading of any article published is permissible.

 

Dissertations for publication can be submitted at any time of year and will be published, once approved, as soon as practicable.
